There's no order but money is deducted in my account
It happens when the payment does not completed normally.

In this case verification is made on your credit card but payment is not captured by Qoo10.
Therefore even the money seems to be deducted temporarily , money is not reached to Qoo10 but holding on payment gateway.

The money deducted on your account will be automatically returned to your account in couple of weeks.
Therefore please do tno worry about this.

As your order is not made on Wish+, please try to purchase item again.
Please do not close the window in middle while you are trying to pay by credit card.
